Getting to the church on time... You're getting married and you don't want to have your phone with you all day? I'm so glad you realized you shouldn't be the only contact for all your vendors and family members with questions throughout the day. No one wants that. I'm here to help! For our partnership to be a success, I need to come into your life no later than 2 months before your wedding day. That way I can get to know all the right players and make a schedule that captures everything you've been planning for the last 360 days or so. What will we do while we're together? All things focused on confirming & finalizing the details of the plan you've set in motion. What won't we do? Finalize any vendor contracts. I'm expecting you've locked down your whole vendor team plus rentals/decor elements, and I'm just stepping in to finalize the last outstanding details, like table counts, day-of schedules, delivery & pickup timetables, etc. Wait! You've planned your whole weekend and now it could possibly rain or have out of season temperatures? I can certainly step in and assist finalizing those details with you. But things like these will initially fall out of scope for our initial arrangement. I'd be happy to provide a quote for services needed upon request: final vendor contract negotiations, ceremony script development, invitation design & management, wedding party gift ideas and procurement, reception decor & design, and more! |
